If you feel like an end of the week treat, Friday Curries could be just up your street!
My Friday Curries are extremely popular, convenient, affordable and most importantly, freshly made! I normally buy fresh ingredients on the morning that I cook. I feed my family what you eat, so I don’t compromise on ingredients.
There is a different menu each week which includes two equal sized curries, one made from either meat, chicken or fish/seafood ( I rotate the protein used each week with a Quorn alternative where possible), one vegetarian and either a rice dish or naan, or both. The importance of eating a balanced, varied diet is well represented in my dishes. The textures and amount of “gravy” in each dish is also important and the whole meal should be harmonious.
