Join us on Saturday, 28th November to:
-Learn how to make and shape Middle Eastern spiced lamb Kofte
-Cook a perfectly fluffy and tasty vegetable Bulgar Pilaf
We will also be making a yoghurt sauce as an accompaniment.
The Kofte can be refrigerated or frozen for the future, once cooked.
The Cook-Along will be suitable for those aged 5+, though supervision is always recommended for those under 10s.
